Returns
You have 30 days to return a item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
