BREATHWORK. By using specific breathing patterns and techniques we clear out and release mental, emotional and spiritual blocks and hindrances in our mind and body. When these blocks are released we experience deep physical relaxation, emotional release, psychological clarity and even an expansion in growth and healing.

Each three-hour session will include breathwork and meditation instruction and practice. After the ‘inner work’, there is time for group process where participants may choose to share their experiences and both offer and receive support from others in the group.
