Selyn fall must haves!!

We just said “see ya later” to Summer and welcomed fall at the door! It’s been pretty cloudy and grey here in Seattle, almost feels like we’ve skipped right into Winter. But that does not mean that we can’t still do all of our favorite fall things! One of our favorite things about season change is sales so of course we are having a summer sale here at Selyn!  Be sure to check out some of our gorgeous summer pieces at amazing prices.

Here are some of our favorite fall must haves here at Selyn. We all know that building a wardrobe can be tricky and is definitely a constant thing it seems. The pieces i’m showing today are all staple pieces that can be dressed up multiple ways, I mean A+ for versatility right?!

Which is exactly what this Utility Jacket provides. A cute little jacket is an essential piece for a fall wardrobe and especially here in Seattle where apparently mother nature is serious about her fall this year! When paired with our gorgeous tie style shirt it also allows you to bring in the trend of playing up your wardrobe with some masculine detail. We love prints, because they can really make a look more festive with very little effort, effortless is great so this look gets 5 stars for sure!

Layering is a very smart option for the cold months and definitely one of the options we love! This gorgeous charcoal drop collar top paired with the soft tutu slip dress in black is really cute and comfy but also fall appropriate.

We are over the moon excited about pockets and have the cutest option this season. I mean how cute is this romper, the mauve color is so modern, and I mean….pockets! Imagine this with the cutest little booties and shoulder bag?! We would do pockets from causal to formal!!!

Another must have for fall is definitely a show stopper or what some would call a statement piece. The ever so glorious cape. Capes are so glorious that a lot of brands are adding them onto pieces; You have cape blazers and even cape dresses. We definitely recommend our vegan leather reversible cape because it can be worn with multiple different outfits to add flair to your favorite fall look.

Since we are going to be so fashion forward this season, going out and stoping traffic is a given, so we have also put together a short list of some of our favorite hang out spots in the area!

Gourmet Latte Pumpkin Latte

Our favorite fall drink, a pumpkin Latte is 1st on our list. Sold at the super chic Gourmet Latte shop , we love that they have multiple locations and that they carry a range of dairy free options.

Selyn Tribes fall pick for yummy feel good meal can be found at Just PokeNot only is every dish aesthetically pleasing but their core values are so amazing you can just feel all of the love in the food. The ingredients are locally sourced and so very fresh, I mean health is wealth and they certainly understand that.

Speaking of health and wealth our last business on the Must do list for fall is a local fruit market! Yakima fruit market is definitely a spot you want to visit, you’ll find the freshest fruit here as well as a great sense of community and different fall treats. Be sure to like their page to stay updated because they do contest like the pie one going on now! They also have artwork there and that’s a sure crowd pleaser!

Our last fall must have on this list is the Statement necklace a statement necklace is another staple for your wardrobe. It can transform a super casual look into something more glam in a matter of seconds. Adding some color to an otherwise neutral look or some shine to your look, a piece like one of these will definitely come in handy.  You may have seen one of our statement necklaces  in our favorite local magazine  Ville, if not check out their 2017 Cover Model issue.

We really hope that these Fall must haves will help you to capitalize on your shopping by adding some versatile pieces to your wardrobe. Be sure to comment below and tell us what your Fall fashion must haves are, if you’ve visited any of these places or plan to, because sharing is caring!
